Request API Key

Access to our Platform APIs (such as Nowcast, Tide, and 1-Minute Observations) involves a manual review process. This ensures that we can provide the necessary technical support and infrastructure scaling for your specific use case.

As part of our API Vision , we are working to consolidate all APIs into a single, unified Developer Portal with self-service key generation and a form of free access. Until then API trials are only able to be provided for commercial or pre-commercial use cases and keys requires manual provisioning.

Approval Process

  1. Submission: Complete the structured request form with your technical and business details.

  2. Review: Our Team reviews the request within 2 business days and will make contact.

  3. Agreement: Once a commercial request is confirmed our Support team will provision a key

  4. Provisioning: After approval, your API key will be generated and sent via email.
